Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong data governance exposure.
• Minimum 7 years in Data Governance/Data Management within Banking/Financial Services.
• Solid understanding of BCBS239 and RDARR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define critical data elements (CDEs) based on regulatory reporting and business priorities.
• Develop data flow diagrams, dictionaries, and metadata documentation.
• Map data elements from source systems to regulatory and management reporting.
• Standardize data definitions, rules, and specifications for consistency.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and validate data lineage and governance.
