Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of backend engineering experience with scalable, distributed systems.
• Strong background in Go and microservices architecture.
• Experience running high-availability backend services, databases, caching, queues.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, observability, and performance optimization.
• Proven leadership in mentoring engineers and guiding strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend architecture and strategy for the Transaction Tribe.
• Design scalable services, APIs, and reusable modules.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and frontend teams to support growth initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize performance, reliability, and resource usage.
