Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics (Logistics) to lead a high-performing analytics team. You will develop the analytics roadmap, design metrics, and build AI-enabled data products to optimize logistics, costs, and delivery performance.

The role requires strong SQL/Python, 10+ years in analytics, and proven leadership. You will partner with logistics and service operations to scale insights and influence senior stakeholders in a fast-growing global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 10+ years in analytics/data science with leadership experience.
• Proven impact in logistics, supply chain, or operations analytics with cost and performance improvements.
• Strong technical depth in SQL and Python, with statistical modeling, experimentation, and ML forecasting.
• Ability to translate insights to decisions and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team focused on logistics insights.
• Translate business priorities into analytics roadmaps and initiatives.
• Design performance metrics and AI data products to drive business value.
• Apply operations research and causal inference to guide decisions and efficiency gains.
