Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Backend Engineer working on production systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Go, Python, or C++.
• Understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, data consistency, and fault tolerance.
• Experience with databases and message queues/streaming systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in production environments.
• Own end-to-end delivery of backend features, from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Participate in architecture discussions on scalability, reliability, and performance trade-offs.
• Optimize systems for throughput, latency, stability, and cost.
