RISE by BCG U in Singapore seeks a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to drive enterprise acquisition across its flagship B2B programmes. You will own a diverse portfolio—enrolling SMEs through to large enterprises—and close multi-stakeholder deals end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years in B2B sales as individual contributor.
• Proven track record closing SME and enterprise deals.
• Experience selling digital transformation and training solutions.
• Deep Singapore market knowledge and buying behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition across programmes and segments with an omni-channel approach.
• Own enrolment targets and revenue across multiple programmes in your portfolio.
• Build pipeline through outbound, events, partnerships, and inbound activity.
• Coach teammates on pitches, objection handling, and closing; lead by example.
