Green Harvest Pte Ltd is seeking an energetic Assistant Sales Manager to drive B2B sales across HORECA, food service, catering, supermarkets and retail in Singapore. You will cultivate new accounts, present products, arrange samples and close orders, while expanding existing relationships and driving revenue growth.

The role requires 3+ years in sales or business development, with strong communication and field-sales skills.

Qualificações

3+ years' experience in Sales, Business Development or a customer-facing commercial role.
Experience in HORECA, F&B, Food Service, FMCG, Fresh Produce, Supermarket or Retail is advantageous.
Mid-career candidates looking to transition into food, fresh produce and agri-food sectors are encouraged.
Proven ability in new customer acquisition, prospecting and account development.
Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, commercially driven and comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
Basic Excel / Google Sheets / email / WhatsApp skills.
Own vehicle preferred for customer and market visits.

Responsabilidades

Develop new B2B customers across HORECA, food service, catering, supermarkets and retail.
Prospect through calls, customer visits, referrals, networking, market research and events.
Build relationships with buyers, chefs, purchasing teams and key decision-makers.
Present products, arrange samples/trials, follow up quotations, negotiate and convert prospects into orders.
Grow existing accounts through repeat orders, additional SKUs and new sales opportunities.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and track leads, quotations, trials and conversions.
