Ryan Owen Associates (ROA) partners with a well-established F&B company to recruit a Sales Executive driving growth across the HORECA channel in Singapore. You will focus on expanding our hotel, restaurant, and café client base and delivering tailored solutions to their needs.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships, nurturing new accounts, and growing business within Singapore's hospitality and F&B sector.

Qualificações

• Previous sales experience in HORECA or foodservice.
• Experience in F&B, FMCG or related categories is a plus.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow sales across HORECA accounts, including hotels, restaurants, cafés.
• Identify and acquire new customers while expanding existing key accounts.
• Build strong relationships with chefs, F&B managers, procurement teams and business owners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentations through to negotiation and account management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure strong customer service and account support.

We are partnering with a well-established company in the F&B industry to recruit a Sales Executive to drive growth across the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés) channel.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new accounts, and growing business within Singapore's hospitality and F&B sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales across HORECA accounts, including hotels, restaurants, cafés and other foodservice customers


• Identify and acquire new customers while expanding existing key accounts


• Build strong relationships with chefs, F&B managers, procurement teams and business owners


• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions


• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentations through to negotiation and account management


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities


• Work closely with internal teams to ensure strong customer service and account support

What We're Looking For

• Prior sales experience within the HORECA / foodservice channel preferred


• Experience in F&B, FMCG, food ingredients, beverages or related categories would be advantageous


• Strong business development and relationship-building skills


• Commercially driven, proactive and comfortable developing new accounts


• Good communication and negotiation skills


• Able to work independently and manage accounts effectively
