Job summary

Green Harvest Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Senior Sales Executive — Business Development to grow our local fresh produce brand. You will identify new customers, manage relationships and support product launches. You will conduct customer visits, arrange sampling, track progress, and coordinate with designers for packaging and listing.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of sales, business development and/or customer-facing experience.
Experience in fresh produce, FMCG, food service, supermarket or HORECA is a plus.
Able to communicate with buyers, chefs, purchasing teams and retailers.
Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple pending matters.
Willing to travel for customer visits and field-based sales.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach new customers and sales channels including HORECA and retailers.
Develop leads through visits, calls, referrals, events and follow-ups.
Coordinate product sampling, meetings and listings with buyers.
Support new product launches, packaging and listing approvals with management.
Conduct regular customer visits, market checks and feedback collection.
Coordinate with internal teams for launch matters and follow-up actions.
