Job summary

CONINCO Singapore is seeking a hands-on Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot and repair HVLS industrial fans at customer sites in Singapore. You will deliver after-sales service, maintenance and technical support for HVLS fans, A-SAFE barriers and ProfilGate systems, with on-site work and occasional travel in Southeast Asia.

We value practical engineering skills, the ability to read basic drawings and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITE or technical certificates preferred.
• Experience in installation, maintenance or after-sales service.
• Ability to read basic mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Class 3 driving licence preferred in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and repair HVLS industrial fans at customer sites.
• Provide after-sales service and technical support for HVLS fans and related systems.
• Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot electrical, motor, VFD and control issues.
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Prepare service reports and provide technical recommendations.
• Support product installation and on-site training when required.
• Travel to other Southeast Asian countries as needed.

Service Engineer (HVLS Fans & Industrial Safety Solutions)

CONINCO Singapore is looking for a motivated and hands-on Service Engineer to join our growing team in Singapore.

Install, commission, troubleshoot and repair HVLS industrial fans at customer sites.

Provide after-sales service, maintenance and technical support for HVLS fans.

Install, commission and provide after-sales service for A-SAFE UK Flexible Safety Barriers, including impact protection systems for warehouses and industrial facilities.

Install, commission, inspect, maintain and provide after-sales technical support for ProfilGate tire cleaning systems.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, motor, VFD and control-system issues.

Conduct regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance at customer sites.

Coordinate with customers, sales teams and suppliers to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Prepare service reports and provide professional technical recommendations and solutions.

Support new product installation, commissioning and technical training when required.

Provide on-site service to customers in Singapore and occasionally travel to other Southeast Asian countries when required.

Background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related technical field. Diploma, ITE, technical certificates or other relevant technical qualifications are preferred.

Experience in equipment installation, maintenance, commissioning or after-sales service is preferred.

Experience with HVLS industrial fans, motors, VFDs, electrical systems, HVAC equipment or industrial safety products is an advantage.

Experience installing safety barriers, warehouse/logistics equipment or industrial cleaning systems is an added advantage.

Able to read basic mechanical and electrical drawings.

Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong customer-service mindset and good communication skills.

Hands-on and willing to perform on-site installation, maintenance and technical service work.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Class 3 driving licence in Singapore is preferred.
