Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is looking for a Senior Commercial Account Executive for the Greater China Region. This role focuses on new business acquisition and relationship building with commercial customers.

Ideal candidates will have at least 8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. This position offers full flexibility with a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is essential.
• Experience creating and scaling your own pipeline of new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new commercial customers.
