Job summary

Expedia Group, a global travel company, is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to lead APAC partner support operations from Singapore. You will manage case queues, resolve escalations, and coordinate cross-functional workflows to deliver a consistent partner experience for hotels and partners.

You will also coach Senior Operations Analysts in Singapore and Tokyo, helping onboarding, workload management, and day-to-day operational effectiveness while driving improvements to partner operations

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B operations, partner operations, or related field.
• Experience in dynamic, cross-functional environments with complex cases and escalations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues and coordinating workflows or team activities.
• Familiar with CRM or case management tools and using data to identify improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; travel/hospitality/B2B tech exposure is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary operational contact for partner and hotel partner inquiries, managing case queues and escalations.
• Triage and coordinate cases across internal teams, improving workflows for a consistent partner experience.
• Build trusted relationships with partners and collaborate with Account Management to support successful outcomes.
• Coach Senior Operations Analysts in Singapore and Tokyo, supporting onboarding and workload management.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements for the Partner Operations playbook.
