Job summary

Expedia Group is recruiting for a Singapore-based Senior Operations Analyst within the Partner Operations team. You will lead APAC partner support operations, manage case queues, and escalate where needed to ensure timely, accurate outcomes for partner inquiries in collaboration with hotel partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B/partner/customer operations.
• Experience in dynamic, cross-functional environments with complex cases and escalations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to build relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues and coordinating workflows.
• Familiar with CRM/case management tools and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational contact for partner and hotel partner inquiries, managing case queues and resolving escalations with speed and accuracy.
• Triage and coordinate cases across internal teams, tracking resolutions and improving workflows to deliver a consistent partner experience.
• Build trusted relationships with partners and collaborate with Account Management to understand needs and support successful outcomes.
• Coach and guide Senior Operations Analysts in Singapore and Tokyo, supporting onboarding, workload management, and day-to-day operational effectiveness.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement, contributing to the Partner Operations playbook.
