Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst for APAC Partner Operations based in Singapore, reporting to the Partner Operations leadership. You will lead case management, coach analysts in Singapore and Tokyo, and collaborate with Account Management to deliver timely, accurate support to partners and hotel partners.

You will triage cases, improve workflows, identify recurring issues, and contribute to the Partner Operations playbook to scale excellence in a fast-growing regional program.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B operations or related field.
• Experience in dynamic, cross-functional environments with complex cases and escalations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues and coordinating workflows.
• Familiar with CRM or case management tools; use data to identify improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or related professional experience; travel/hospitality/B2B tech experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary operational contact for partner inquiries, managing case queues and escalations.
• Triage and coordinate cases across internal teams, tracking resolutions and improving workflows.
• Build trusted relationships with partners and collaborate with Account Management to understand needs.
• Coach Senior Operations Analysts in Singapore and Tokyo, supporting onboarding and workload management.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to the Partner Operations playbook.
