Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Operations professional to lead APAC partner support operations from Singapore, coordinating with Tokyo and regional teams. You will manage partner inquiries, triage cases, and drive process improvements while coaching analysts to deliver high-quality support.

The role requires 7+ years in B2B operations, strong communication, and experience mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment. A relevant degree plus travel/t hospitality experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B operations or related field.
• Experience in dynamic, cross-functional environments and managing complex cases, competing priorities, and escalations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues and coordinating workflows, workloads, or team activities.
• Familiar with CRM or case management tools and using operational data or case trends to identify improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or related professional experience; travel, hospitality, online travel, or B2B tech experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary operational contact for partner and hotel partner inquiries, managing case queues and resolving escalations with speed and accuracy.
• Triage and coordinate cases across internal teams, tracking resolutions and improving workflows to deliver a consistent partner experience.
• Build trusted relationships with partners and collaborate with Account Management to understand needs and support successful outcomes.
• Coach and guide Senior Operations Analysts in Singapore and Tokyo, supporting onboarding, workload management, and day-to-day operational effectiveness.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement, recommending process enhancements and contributing to the B2B Partner Operations playbook.
