JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned sales and marketing professional to drive B2B air conditioning project opportunities in Singapore.

You will build trusted relationships with contractors, developers, dealers and system integrators, identify new business, and prepare technical proposals and quotations. You will coordinate with product, engineering, logistics, service and finance teams to ensure successful project execution and live up to monthly and yearly targets, including

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing in electronics/home appliances.
• Experience in commercial project sales (B2B) and dealers management.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage B2B sales opportunities for air conditioning products.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, dealers, system integrators, and corporate customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the project pipeline.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, product selections, and technical recommendations.
• Coordinate with customers on project needs, site conditions and budget requirements.
• Provide product presentations, technical clarifications and solution support to stakeholders.
• Follow up from enquiry to quotation, negotiation, order, delivery and after-sales support.
• Coordinate internally with product, engineering, logistics, service and finance teams.
