Job summary

FedEx Singapore seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive demand generation, customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth. You will work closely with Sales and Regional Marketing to deliver customer-centric programs and strengthen FedEx's market position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in logistics/transport/tech.
• Proven track record in executing marketing campaigns and demand generation with measurable results.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in a matrixed or regional environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives that drive demand generation, lead acquisition, customer retention and cross-selling opportunities.
• Plan and deliver customer events, webinars, trade exhibitions and industry engagement activities to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified business opportunities.
• Lead go-to-market communications and marketing activities for new product launches, service enhancements and strategic business initiatives.
• Translate FedEx's products and services into compelling customer value propositions, messaging, and marketing content.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, industry associations, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Regional Marketing team and provide support to regional marketing programs and initiatives.
