Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Sales Executive (B2B) to drive new business development and expand the customer portfolio in Singapore. The ideal candidate will hunt aggressively, build strong client relationships, and close deals from quotations to final terms.

You will work Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, located at Changi Business Park, with a competitive salary up to SGD 4,300 plus attractive incentives and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Around 3 years of proven sales hunting / B2B business development experience.
• Self-driven individual contributor who is comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to work towards monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers through proactive sales hunting and business development activities.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate sustainable business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and drive opportunities through to successful closure.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while working closely with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
