Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience servicing B2B partners.
• University degree in Economics, Finance, IT or business administration.
• Understanding of the financial services industry, banking and asset management.
• Strong client-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication, resilience, sovereignty and teamwork.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding projects for B2B partners (Asset Managers and Distribution Partners) and coordinate with senior management.
• Collaborate with new and existing partners on onboarding funds to the platform.
• Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day partner queries.
• Manage client hotline during business hours.
• Build long-term relationships with business partners.
• Support sales/business development with research, analysis and investigations.
• Represent the client service team in internal/external meetings as SME with partners and prospects.
• Contribute to improving internal processes with stakeholders to boost operational efficiency.
