Job summary

Deutsche Börse Group’s Clearstream unit is seeking a Client Service Associate Vice President to join the Client Service team within Platform Operations at Clearstream Fund Centre AG. You will support day-to-day processes, onboard new business partners and funds, validate external reports, troubleshoot, and represent the team in internal projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience servicing B2B partners.
• University degree in Economics, Finance, IT or business administration.
• Good understanding of the financial services industry and banking/asset management sectors.
• Strong client orientation and excellent written/spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding projects for B2B partners and coordinate with senior management.
• Collaborate with new or existing partners for onboarding funds to the platform.
• Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day partner queries.
• Maintain client hotline during business hours.
• Develop long-term relationships with business partners.
• Support sales/BD with research, analysis and investigations.
• Represent client service in meetings with partners and prospects.
• Help optimize internal processes with stakeholders to improve efficiency.
