Job summary

FP Global invites applications for an Associate Vice President, Client Services. This is a client-facing role coordinating onboarding of funds and external partners, with day-to-day query handling and strategic partner relationship management.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience servicing B2B partners.
Strong client‑oriented attitude.
Excellent communication skills in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding projects with Asset Managers and Distribution Partners; liaise at senior management level.
Collaborate with new/existing partners on onboarding funds to the platform.
Be the first point of contact for business partners and manage day-to-day queries.
Manage the client hotline during business hours.
Develop long-term relationships with business partners.
Support Sales/Business Development with research and analysis.
Represent Client Services in meetings with partners and prospects.
Contribute to improving internal processes and operational efficiency.
