Responsibilities

Job description

Our client is an established global fund services platform, supporting the distribution and servicing of investment funds across multiple markets. The business is now hiring for an Associate Vice President, Client Services.

The platform connects asset managers and fund providers with banks, wealth managers and other distribution partners, helping to streamline fund distribution through centralised onboarding, contract management, fund information, distribution support and related operational processes.

This is a client-facing role with direct interaction with external B2B business partners. You will support day-to-day Client Services processes, including client queries, onboarding of new business partners and funds to the platform, validating external reports, troubleshooting, and representing the team in the implementation of internal projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume ownership of B2B business partner onboarding projects, working with both Asset Managers and Distribution Partners, and collaborate at senior management level
• Proactively collaborate with new and/or existing B2B business partners in the context of onboarding new funds to the platform
• Act as the first point of contact for business partners, managing day-to-day queries
• Manage the client hotline during business hours
• Develop long-term relationships with business partners
• Provide high-level support to Sales/Business Development teams through internal and external research, analysis and investigations
• Represent the Client Service team as a subject matter expert in meetings, both virtual and in person, with existing business partners and prospects
• Support the development and ongoing optimisation of internal processes with key internal stakeholders and provide input on improving operational efficiency

Desired Qualifications

• At least 5years of experience servicing B2B business partners
• University degree in Economics, Finance, IT or Business Administration
• Good understanding of the financial services industry, particularly Banking and Asset Management
• Strong client-oriented attitude
• Strong communication skills, resilience, confidence and team spirit
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage
