Job summary

HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Software/Software Engineer specializing in automation and control to join a market-leading design and manufacturing company in Singapore.

You will design and develop software for automated equipment, maintain legacy code, troubleshoot systems, and collaborate with customers to capture requirements and generate clear specifications. Travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic engineering, Computer science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant automation industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software for automated equipment.
• Maintain, review and improve legacy codes.
• Troubleshoot issues with existing installed systems.
• Write user manuals to describe the functionality of the developed programs.
• Liaise with the customer on requirements and create specifications based on these requirements.
