THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Automation Software Engineer (PLC // Control System) in Singapore.

The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining PC-based control software for industrial automation equipment, with hands-on PLC programming and integration tasks. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust automation solutions, ensuring safety compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of PC-based machine control software development experience.
Hands-on experience with C# and C++ in industrial automation projects.
Knowledge of PLC programming and industrial communication protocols.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain PC-based control software for industrial automation equipment.
Develop machine control applications using C#, C++, or other object-oriented languages.
Perform PLC programming, I/O configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with automation systems.
Configure and integrate PLCs, PCs, HMIs, sensors, servo systems and other equipment.
Support machine setup, testing, commissioning, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Project teams to deliver automation solutions.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation including specifications, architecture, and tests.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
Support continuous improvement, system optimization, and machine performance projects.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager.
