Job summary

vy systems pte. ltd. is seeking a PLC Senior Software Engineer in Singapore to design, develop and troubleshoot PLC-based automation and software systems. You will lead implementing AI/ML enhancements, analyze data, and ensure robust production-grade services.

The role requires hands-on PLC programming experience, strong coding skills in Python/C/C++/Java, and familiarity with HMI/SCADA. You will mentor a small team and contribute to architecture and project planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant software engineering / industrial automation experience.
• Hands-on PLC programming, development, testing and troubleshooting is mandatory.
• Experience with PLC control systems and industrial automation.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C, C++, Java or similar languages.
• Experience integrating software applications with PLC/automation systems.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies is preferred/required depending on client needs.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP is preferred.
