Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist for the PROX team within GPSS in Singapore. This hands-on role strengthens technical execution, delivering automation-enabled HR processes and AI-ready solutions across Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and Power Platform.

You will bridge HR process expertise with IT and platform teams, delivering measurable business value. The role focuses on workflow design, data readiness, UAT, and deployment support, collaborating with cross-functional partners

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Operations, Technology, Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
Typically over 15 years of global or regional experience supporting HR services, transformation, or technology-enabled process improvement.
Strong knowledge of hire-to-retire processes and practical experience with enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

Convert GPSS challenges into automation-ready workflows and design end-to-end processes across platforms.
Create AI-ready process guides, including intents, decision logic, and test scenarios.
Provide technical-functional delivery support across recruit-to-retire processes to improve requirements clarity, pilot readiness, and benefits realization.
Specify data readiness and workflow requirements, including data rules, triggers, and handoffs for reliable operations.
Develop UAT scripts, defect logs, and deployment checklists; support go-live and stabilization.
Lead project teams and manage stakeholders to enable GPSS priorities and ensure compliance.
