Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Staff Specialist to drive PROX projects focused on AI enablement, automation, and digital service delivery within GPSS transformation initiatives.

You will coordinate activities, translate business needs into actionable inputs, support testing and rollout, and track measurable outcomes to improve productivity and adoption across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, HR transformation, PMO, or project management.
• Experience supporting or coordinating digital transformation, automation, AI, or tech-enabled initiatives.
• Ability to translate business requirements into use cases, process requirements, testing scenarios, rollout plans, and implementation activities.
• Strong project coordination and execution skills, including managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Experience supporting UAT, pilot programs, implementation, adoption, and change management activities.
• Strong analytical skills to identify improvements and measure outcomes.
• Experience with dashboards, reports, trackers, and operational metrics to monitor performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across geographies and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Support PROX AI enablement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to improve GPSS productivity and service delivery.
• Translate business needs into use case requirements, test scenarios, rollout materials, and success measures with partners.
• Coordinate pilots, UAT, rollout, issue resolution, adoption support, and post-implementation reviews for AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive change readiness via communications, knowledge content, user guidance, and adoption reinforcement.
• Track productivity, experience, and adoption outcomes to surface insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage day-to-day project activities across PROX initiatives, including planning, milestones, risks/issues, and reporting.
• Prepare project materials such as presentations, business cases, trackers, and post-implementation reviews.
• Collaborate with HR COEs, GPSS leaders, tech teams, and vendors to align requirements and deliver digital/AI initiatives.
