Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Specialist to strengthen PROX's technical delivery for GPSS 3.0. The role focuses on automation design, AI-ready processes, data mapping, and solution handoff across HR systems including Workday and ServiceNow.

You will ensure buildable requirements and manage stakeholders across IT, AI, and HR domains. Excellent knowledge of Power Automate, UiPath, Copilot Studio, and Power BI, with hands-on ability to configure, test, and support cloud and on-premise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business, Operations, Technology, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Typically over 15 years of global or regional HR services, transformation, or tech-enabled process improvement experience.
• Proven stakeholder management skills and leadership of cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end automation workflows across platforms.
• Create AI-ready process guides, handoffs, and test scenarios.
• Lead discovery sessions and document outcomes for leadership.
• Provide technical-functional support across recruit-to-retire processes and onboarding.
