Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and 5+ years in HR operations or transformation.
• Experience in digital transformation, automation, AI, or technology-enabled initiatives.
• Ability to translate business needs into use cases, process requirements, testing scenarios, and rollout plans.
• Strong project coordination, timeline management, risk tracking, and stakeholder follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Support PROX project execution for AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate pilots, UAT, rollout, and post-implementation reviews.
• Develop user guidance, adapt communications, and drive adoption among stakeholders.
• Track productivity and adoption outcomes, and report insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR COEs, GPSS leaders, technology teams, and vendors on delivery.
