Job summary
Micron Technology seeks a Senior Specialist to strengthen GPSS PROX's technical delivery for HR automation initiatives. You’ll translate business pain points into build-ready packages for IT, Workday, ServiceNow, Power Platform, UiPath, and related platforms.
You will partner with the PROX Lead and Principal Specialist to design end-to-end automation, validate feasibility, and ensure delivery excellence across recruit-to-retire processes, data readiness, and UAT support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
- 15+ years global or regional HR services, transformation, or tech-enabled process improvement.
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Power Platform, and RPA tools.
Responsibilities
- Translate GPSS challenges into automation-ready workflows and rules.
- Design end-to-end workflows across platforms.
- Validate integration, security, and delivery needs.
- Create AI-ready process guides and build-ready handoffs.
- Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Lead stakeholder sessions and manage cross-functional teams.
- Support UAT, pilot, deployment, and post-implementation reviews.
- Ensure data readiness, standards, and governance.
