Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the related fields is required.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Transformation, PMO, or Project Execution.

Responsibilities

• Support PROX project execution for global AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate pilots, UAT, rollout, adoption support, and post-implementation reviews.
• Drive change readiness with communications, knowledge content, and user guidance.
• Track productivity, experience, and adoption outcomes to surface insights.
