Job summary

NHG Health is seeking an experienced HR Project Lead to drive end-to-end HR projects from scoping to post-implementation review. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage timelines and resources, and prepare reports for senior management.

The role requires strong project management, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. A general degree and healthcare/public sector HR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• General Degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or public sector environment.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses sufficient technical aptitude to independently troubleshoot and develop simple automation solutions to address localised HR operational challenges.
