CHAPTR CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Associate for the TMT practice to advise multinational clients on technology transactions, data protection, privacy and cybersecurity.

The role involves drafting and negotiating complex tech and commercial agreements, working with Partners and international teams, and developing client relationships within the wider TMT practice.

Formación

• 8 years PQE with Singapore qualification preferred.
• Strong experience in TMT, technology transactions, IT/commercial contracts or related areas.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex technology and commercial agreements.
• Exposure to data protection, privacy, cybersecurity or telecom regulatory matters is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Advise local and international clients on a broad range of TMT and commercial matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex technology and commercial agreements.
• Support business development and client relationship building for the TMT practice.
