Qualifications

• 6-8 years PQE in technology law or equivalent.
• Qualified lawyer in Singapore or a common law jurisdiction.
• Deep expertise in technology transactions, data privacy, IP licensing and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology transactions including M&A, joint ventures and strategic investments in tech companies.
• Advise on data governance, privacy frameworks and cross-border data flows.
• Manage IP portfolios, licensing frameworks and technology transfer agreements.
• Navigate telecommunications licensing, fintech regulations and AI ethics frameworks.
• Draft and negotiate SaaS contracts, cloud migration deals and AI/ML licensing arrangements.
