Qualifications
- Singapore-qualified lawyer with relevant TMT experience.
- Approximately 8 years of PQE required.
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex technology and commercial agreements.
- Exposure to data protection, privacy, cybersecurity or tech regulation is advantageous.
- Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded with practical advice for clients.
Responsibilities
- Advise local and international clients on TMT and commercial matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate complex technology and IT agreements.
- Support development of client relationships and cross-border matters.
- Collaborate with Partners and international teams on large matters.
