Job summary
Accenture Singapore seeks a Lead transactional lawyer to structure, draft and negotiate complex client agreements in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee senior leadership and guide junior lawyers in master services, outsourcing, and IP/privacy matters.
You will stay informed on regulatory developments, translate legal risks into business terms, and contribute to contracting strategies across digital, consulting and systems integration initiatives.
Qualifications
- Accomplished negotiator with strong negotiation strategy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage large volumes of transactions independently
- Experience drafting technology-based agreements
- Understanding of finance, accounting, marketing and management
Responsibilities
- Lead, structure, negotiate and close Accenture’s largest and most complex client transactions
- Oversee, counsel, guide, and train junior legal professionals
- Stay abreast of developments affecting the company and synthesize them for transactional practices
- Educate executives on legal and risk management issues
- Develop subject matter expertise in one or more areas benefiting Legal or business
- Develop internal guidelines, toolkits and knowledge capital on legal issues
- Support and promote Accenture Legal’s initiatives
- Evolve to be a pathfinder, architect and business-minded contracting lawyer
