Senior Associate, Supply Chain & Procurement

As part of our Supply Chain & Operations advisory team at A&M, we are seeking a techno-functional supply chain manager who can independently drive supply chain optimization, analytics, and strategy projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, passionate about driving growth, comfortable with ambiguity, hands-on, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Reporting to the Senior Director of Performance Improvement, this role is based in Gurgaon and involves the following key responsibilities:1. **Supply Chain Strategy:** Develop target operating models, conduct maturity assessments, and lead process transformations across various supply chain functions. 2. **Supply Chain Analytics:** Utilize supply chain analytics tools to support client deliverables. Create models such as SKU rationalization, cost-to-serve, centre-of-gravity, RCCP, spend cube, OTIF, and more. 3. **Supply Chain Planning:** Understand and contribute to demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics within the supply chain planning process. 4. **Supply Chain Optimization:** Implement solutions for inventory optimization, cost optimization, network optimization, warehouse operations optimization, and other efficiency improvements. 5. **Additional Skills:** Experience or certification in platforms such as Alteryx, Power BI, Python, and Linear Programming would be advantageous.The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:- MBA/Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field- 3-6 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and consulting- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively- Motivated to learn and grow in a dynamic environment- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven settingIf you are a proactive and results-driven supply chain professional with a strong background in analytics and strategy, we invite you to apply and be a part of our dynamic team at A&M.,
