Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Automation Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a semiconductor equipment manufacturing or high-tech engineering environment.
• Familiarity with electromechanical assemblies and sensor technologies (e.g., vacuum sensors, thermocouples, motion sensors).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cost-effective testing methods for system and modules in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with internal key stakeholders to define detailed specifications; design testing process and routines; develop and validate test procedures.
• Develop new test fixture, manage deployment, issue tracking, prepare debug plans, preventive maintenance schedules, and documentation.
• Drive the implementation of automated testing solutions according to program's requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across multiple concurrent projects and prioritize deliverables.
• Gathers operational and test data and evaluates results; may take corrective/continuous improvement actions.
• Provide sustaining support for deployed test equipment, including calibration and maintenance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and generate failure reports for design and deployment issues.
