We are seeking a passionate and proactive Corporate Communications & Branding Associate who is driven by the desire to make a positive impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with experience in digital marketing, PR_, and brand management.
This role will involve account managing several business or corporate function units, ensuring cohesive and effective marketing and communication strategies to meet business objectives The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, marketing and corporate communications, and a passion for the community care sector. He/she will account manage business units in the organisation, providing direction and support on marketing and communications, to help them to achieve their business objectives.
The candidate should be resourceful and driven; able to work both independently and as part of a larger team. He/she should also be outcome and detail oriented.
You will need to:
Brand Management
- Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of our services.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all marketing materials, campaigns, and communication channels.
Marketing
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote NTUC Health’s services and initiatives.
- Leverage both digital and offline marketing tools and channels to reach and engage our target audience effectively.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics to optimise campaigns and strategies.
Public Relations
- Build and maintain strong media relationships through proactive media pitches and media engagement opportunities.
- Coordinate media interviews and speaking opportunities, ensuring consistent delivery of key messages.
Communications
- Develop clear, compelling content for various channels, including social media, newsletters, and the company website.
- Support internal communications to ensure alignment and awareness of marketing activities.
- Handle inquiries from stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information.
Account Management
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned business units.
- Provide advice and recommendations to accounts, supporting them to meet their business objective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored marketing and communication solutions.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficient execution and measurable outcomes.
Qualification
You should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, digital marketing, PR_, and communications.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for community care and a desire to make a difference.
