Job summary

MULTI WEALTH (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned project professional to translate asset enhancement plans into executable AEI scopes and programmes. You will develop budgets, risk registers and approval papers while leading design development and coordinating with asset teams, consultants and contractors.

You will drive procurement, contract administration and cost control across live assets, ensuring works minimise disruption and align with asset requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in project management, architectural, construction management, property development, asset enhancement or related field.
• Strong project-management and coordination skills with disciplined follow-through.
• Solid understanding of design and construction processes, building services/M&E, and live-asset operations.
• Experience leading AEI, redevelopment, major A&A or capital projects from initiation to close-out.
• Hands-on procurement experience including tender evaluation, contract administration and cost control.
• Strong stakeholder-management and negotiation abilities across internal and external parties.
• Professional accreditation would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Translate asset plans into AEI scopes, budgets, programmes and strategies.
• Evaluate AEI potential, constraints, risks and indicative costs and timelines.
• Develop briefs, business cases, budgets and risk registers for approval.
• Lead design development and coordination ensuring operational practicality.
• Plan and conduct procurement with clear scopes, tender docs and evaluations.
• Appoint and manage consultants/contractors with defined deliverables.
• Monitor scope, programme, cost, quality, safety and dependencies.
• Administer contracts including variations, claims and final accounts.
• Coordinate authority submissions and interfaces with MCST bodies and operators.
• Plan phased implementations to minimise disruption in live assets.
• Oversee testing, handover, defects, close-out and outcome tracking.
