Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Wealth Planning Support professional in Singapore.

The role involves maintaining resource databases, preparing pitchbooks, and assisting in onboarding complex wealth structures. You will liaise with Trustees, Wealth Planning teams, and external advisors, while coordinating training sessions for staff. The ideal candidate brings private wealth experience, strong drafting and communication skills, and solid knowledge of AI tools (GenAI/Agentic AI)

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the private wealth / wealth management space, with familiarity in wealth planning solutions.
• Background in tax, legal, accounting or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in AI tools, with the ability to leverage Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI to improve workflows and productivity.
• Experience in maintaining and managing resource databases with a high level of accuracy.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support WPSH projects and initiatives, including maintaining resource databases, legal templates and standard documents.
• Assist in preparing and updating pitchbooks, factsheets, product guides, frameworks and flowcharts.
• Support the assessment and onboarding of complex wealth planning structures and transactions, including trusts, family offices, insurance, philanthropic vehicles and variable capital companies.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Trustees and Wealth Planning teams, as well as external legal and tax advisors.
• Coordinate internal and external training sessions for Relationship Managers, Wealth Planners and Trustee Trust Managers.
• Support the review of legal and tax opinions.
• Monitor new laws, regulations and market developments, and assist in preparing Wealth Planning Briefs and Factsheets.
• Support strategic projects by managing timelines, tracking deliverables and maintaining the WPSH resource repository.
• Drive the development and implementation of AI tools and initiatives within WPSH.
• Assist with other ad-hoc projects and responsibilities assigned by the Head of WPSH.
