Job summary

AIS-HILL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior/Project Manager to lead end-to-end development and delivery across the project lifecycle. You will coordinate planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover, while aligning with clients, consultants, authorities, and end-users.

You will supervise project controls, risk, and cost, chair key meetings, and provide technical advisory and due diligence support. 15+ years of multi-disciplinary leadership are valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related discipline and minimum 8–15+ years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience with due diligence, monitoring, and project control.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of development and project management assignments.
• Coordinate tendering, contracts administration, and procurement strategies.
• Manage project risks, schedule, cost, and quality performance.
• Chair and participate in key project meetings and maintain minutes.
• Provide technical advisory for development, acquisition, and asset enhancement.
• Lead due diligence reviews of technical aspects.
