Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Singapore is seeking aTechnical Projects Director - Architectural Technical Lead with 15+ years of experience to provide technical leadership and design oversight for data center and infrastructure projects in the APAC region.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design excellence, regulatory compliance, and successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment onsite in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Professional registration or chartered status preferred.
• 15+ years in architectural design, design management and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review and provide technical advice on architectural designs, drawings and specs.
• Act as primary Client Representative for architectural matters across the project lifecycle.
• Monitor design and construction progress ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Identify design, coordination and construction risks early and provide mitigations.
• Oversee compliance with local regulations, planning and environmental standards.
• Lead QA/QC processes and coordinate with CSA, M&E, Controls, EHS and others.
