Job summary

JLL in Singapore seeks an Architectural Technical Lead with at least 15 years in architectural design, design management, and project delivery for infrastructure fit-out and data centers. You will provide technical leadership and ensure design quality across complex projects, collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.

Based in Singapore with regional responsibilities across APAC, you will review designs, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and advance design

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
Professional Architect registration or Chartered status preferred.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in architectural design, design management, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

Review and provide technical advice on architectural designs, drawings, specifications, and development plans to ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and industry best practices.
Act as the primary point of contact and Client Representative for architectural engineering matters, coordinating with internal teams, client representatives, stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
Support and monitor design and construction progress, ensuring adherence to approved designs, project specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements.
Identify potential design, coordination, and construction issues early and provide practical recommendations to mitigate risks and costs.
Review and oversee compliance with local building regulations and project-specific design criteria.
Provide technical leadership and engineering recommendations to support project decision-making.
