Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Technical Projects Director – Structural Technical Lead with 15+ years in structural design, project delivery, and design management for infrastructure fit-out and newbuild projects, preferably data centers.

You will lead technical direction and coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and multi-disciplinary teams across the APAC region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
Professional accreditation (PE/CEng or equivalent) preferred.
Minimum 15 years in structural design, design management and project delivery.
Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and construction practices.
Experience with data centers or mission-critical facilities is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Review and provide technical advice on structural designs, calculations, and reports.
Act as client representative for structural engineering matters throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor design/construction progress and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
Identify design risks and provide practical mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment across interfaces.
Support QA/QC procedures and project documentation
Escalate critical issues and drive timely resolutions.
Lead technical reviews and optimize constructability and value engineering.
