Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced engineering professional to lead the design and delivery of technical engineering systems for large-scale data centre projects in Singapore. The role requires coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure robust, cost-effective solutions.

You will oversee planning, standardizing engineering packages, and tracking issues, with emphasis on quality assurance, commissioning, and timely handover.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in engineering or project/construction management.
• Post-graduate degree in engineering or project/construction management is a big plus.
• Experience managing multiple parties, vendors, stakeholders and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and coordinate design development of technical engineering systems in large-scale data centre construction projects.
• Plan, develop and standardize engineering packages and specifications with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Provide updates and trackers of issues and mitigation actions.
• Provide technical review and advice on design, construction and operation of engineering systems; evaluate third-party proposals.
• Coordinate with client and third parties on quality assurance/quality control and installation checks for successful delivery.
• Participate in commissioning and witness commissioning of engineering systems, and propose follow-up actions.
• Review as-built documentation for acceptance and handover; update engineering documentation regularly.
