Job summary

AKK TH3X (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an architect to manage and coordinate architectural design works for construction projects, and to prepare drawings and technical documents.

You will coordinate with clients and project teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and regulations. Responsibilities include reviewing progress, solving architectural issues, attending meetings, and handling submissions and documentation for approvals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Relevant experience in architectural design and construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software, or other design tools.
• Good knowledge of building regulations, construction processes, and design standards.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage project deadlines.
