Job summary

Bureau Veritas Buildings & Infrastructure PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior BIM Manager to lead BIM processes across the project lifecycle, develop the BEP, and ensure compliance by all stakeholders.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary models (C&S, Architectural, MEP), manage construction-stage BIM activities, support IDD/VDC/IPD initiatives, and provide technical guidance on tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM management experience establishing BIM processes, procedures and project frameworks.
• At least 3 years managing BIM during construction or delivering a BEP.
• Certified BIM Management qualification.
• Strong understanding of C&S, Architectural, M&E disciplines.
• Experience in project management and multi-disciplinary coordination on large-scale projects.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 and related software.
• Experience with IDD, VDC, IPD methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage BIM activities during the construction stage, including model coordination, clash detection, design reviews, and issue resolution.
• Support Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) initiatives.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and work closely with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure effective collaboration.
• Monitor BIM deliverables, model quality, and data integrity to meet project requirements and objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and support on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM management experience, with proven experience in establishing BIM processes, procedures, and project frameworks.
• At least 3 years of experience managing BIM during the construction stage and/or successful delivery of a Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Certified BIM Management qualification.

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other BIM-related software.

• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
