Job summary

JCVL PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Construction Project Lead to coordinate large-scale building projects in Singapore. You will synthesize data from CDE/EDMS and Primavera P6, interpret drawings, and guide field teams to ensure timely delivery and successful handover.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, risk management, and the ability to prepare executive-level presentations using Power BI. Extensive experience and architectural credential are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in large-scale building construction projects.
• Architectural degree recognised by the Board of Architects.
• Completed at least three projects at construction and handover stages.

Job Summary

Lead and coordinate large-scale building construction projects by synthesizing project data, interpreting technical documents, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and handover.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize data from Common Data Environment, EDMS, and Primavera P6 to identify and mitigate project coordination risks
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to guide construction activities
• Navigate BIM models and Electronic Document Management Systems (e.g., Bentley ProjectWise) to review technical documents, RFIs, RFAs, and project statuses
• Work independently and collaboratively within fast-paced project environments to meet deadlines and project goals
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels through clear written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Negotiate and manage conflicts with stakeholders including CAG to facilitate project progress
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills to analyze data-driven dashboards (Power BI) and prepare executive-level presentations

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction for large-scale building projects
• Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects
• Successfully completed at least three projects at the construction and handover stages
