You will supervise site works, coordinate with subcontractors and clients, review drawings and specs, manage cost control and scheduling, and prepare daily progress reports while mentoring a team of contractors to deliver quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural planning, detailing, and site supervision.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and by-laws.
• Experience in preparing architectural details and coordinating project activities.
• Flexibility to work extended or variable hours as project demands require.

Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural works on site to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

• Review project specifications, construction drawings, and technical clarifications to support accurate execution.
