Job summary

rrecruiter int pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Architecture/Design Manager to lead design coordination and site execution for large-scale projects. You will drive multi-disciplinary coordination, ensure deliverables align with program and budget, and oversee quality controls on site.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and safety standards across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15 years of architectural/design management experience in Singapore.
• A1 Main Contractor and large-scale project experience preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks/BIM, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations.
